PMU Pigments

PE Cosmetics' Powder Brow pigments are water-based. As a result, they are slightly thinner in texture and are easily absorbed by the SPMU applicator. In general, the pigments are slightly warmer in undertone, except for the shade Ash Blonde. This is because the colours usually become slightly ashier during the skin's healing process.
